In recent events to happen in the new was an oil pipeline had spilled thousands of barrel into two rivers in Peru. This news article is related to different scales and levels which will be needed to solve this problem. On an institutional level they need to be able to handle and clean up the mess on a large regional area. Another example of the institutional level helping towards the clean up was The Agency for Environmental Assessment and Enforcement (OEFA). They were brought in to replace broken pipes and help improve the maintenance. This impacts the governmental scale because this has implemented problems with possible import and exports of oil and impacts on humans living in the area. This has become a big problem for the area that effects people, environment, and even the government.
